in.gredients is a neighborhood grocer and beer garden committed to local food, zero waste, and community. Since opening in 2012, in.gredients has garnered numerous awards and achievements, from Austin Chronicle’s Best New Business in 2012 to a Think Beyond Plastic Innovation Award in 2013. Its greatest achievement to date, however, is averaging less landfill waste per month than an American averages per day (~5 lbs).
