A Philadelphia native, Deborah Rose (QuOTA) has been a member of Philly's many overlapping sex-positive communities for nearly ten years. During that time, she has worked with Philly TNG, the Aviary, Hush, the William Way Community Center, a whole host of GRUEs, and countless other events and initiatives.
