Directora de documentales, lleva más de 10 años trabajando diferentes temas sociales: desde el conflicto armado en Colombia y la violencia sexual como arma de guerra, hasta la expansión del ritmo de la cumbia por Latinoamérica y Europa. Ha ganado dos veces el Premio Nacional de Periodismo Simón Bolívar. Recientemente terminó de dirigir una serie documental de 13 capítulos para televisión sobre el tema del fin del mundo.
