A first generation New Yorker born of South/Central American parentage, Victorious De Costa has dedicated his life to providing social service locally, nationally and abroad. His life-long love of the arts and activism has taken him around the world where he refined his gift in the art of storytelling. A member of the Sundance Institute, his short films "Dirty Hearts" and "love Seat" have received awards as well as critical acclaim. "Digging for Weldon Irvine" is presently in production.
