As a "miracle" baby with a birth weight of 1lb 10oz, my fight to live started when I took my first breath. As I grew into an adult, graduated from Bard College and then Mercy College, I realized I needed to be in service to this world - to help change it for the better. I began serving communities in need and have for my entire professional career. Reading opened doors for me. Now, with my love for reading and writing, I seek to open an independent bookstore in Stratford, CT.
