Sal Bardo is a New York-based writer and director. One of Sal's goals as a filmmaker is to tell stories that inspire people to see reality and the world around them in a new way. His short film, <a target="" title="" href="http://www.requitedfilm.com/"><span style="font-style: italic;">Requited</span></a>, premiered at the Seattle International Film Festival in 2011 and has screened at festivals across the country, including Reel Affirmations: Washington D.C.'s International LGBT Film Festival, where Sal won the award for Best First Time Filmmaker. His most recent film, <a target="" title="" href="https://www.facebook.com/samshortfilm"><span style="font-style: italic;">Sam</span></a>, about gender identity and bullying, is currently making the festival rounds.<br>
