From Theory to Practice

After completing a degrees in Film & Visual Culture and Film Exhibition and Curation (MSc), I took my first leap from theory to practice. Having written a great deal about film archives and the impact they have on community and identity, I began a traineeship in film archiving where I fell in love with 16mm film. Since then my focus has been on woking with generous and kind people to create films that allow cast and crew to feel accomplished, while also telling interesting stories.
