After thirty-five years working in photography, I finally jumped into the unknown to pursue my dream.
Four years ago, aged 53, I walked away from a 'job-for-life', complete with pension plan, five months annual leave and a pretty decent salary in favour of working up to 17 hours a day, seven days a week for bugger all money. After lecturing my students for years about the importance of taking risks and knowing when to jump into the unknown, I had finally jumped myself. Its was an incredible feeling and made me happier than I have ever been. Two burglaries and an eviction later, I want more!
