Austin R. Williams is a doctoral student of American History and Educational Leadership, Policy, and Foundations at the University of Missouri-Kansas City. Since January 2016, he has been studying Kansas City's efforts to pass anti-discrimination legislation for members of the LGBT community. With over a decade of experience in videography, Williams is excited to bring his passions for history and filmmaking together to help detail this important chapter in Kansas City history.
