Kate Sutherland is founding faculty and executive coach for Simon Fraser University’s Certificate in Social Innovation and THNK School of Creative Leadership. She is a seasoned consultant in community and organizational change, and for decades has been immersed in the ten frameworks she shares in We Can Do This! She is passionate about the potential of “inner work” to support breakthroughs and non-linear change, and defines it as being based in intention, perception, intuition and consciousness.
