Fighting for Seniors
The year was 1963. My mother was dying from cancer in a nursing home. I was 25. During a visit, I saw a man with only one leg trying to balance while standing at the pay phone in the hall way. He was crying as he was speaking into the receiver. "I'm so lonely" he said, sobbing and pleading with the other person to come and visit him.Right then I asked God to show me some way I could help this man and others like him. God did answer my prayer, and that's why I'm asking for your help now.
