My name is Joyce Ngulya From Arusha Tanzania aged 26, Majority of people in Arumeru District are hard working people. The economic gap of people between urban and rural is increasing drastically. The gap In Arumeru is caused by lack of knowledge, capital, and skills in agricultural methods, culture, norms and HIV/AIDS Women in this case are the poorest in the rural. Most of them live a dilapidated life.
