<P><STRONG><U>MICHAEL V. DOANE - WRITER/DIRECTOR/COMPOSER</U></STRONG></P> <P>Mr. Doane served as the artistic director for the Flatiron Theatre Company&nbsp;in NYC&nbsp;where he directed critically acclaimed revivals of ONE FLEW OVER THE CUCKOO’S NEST, WHOSE LIFE IS IT ANYWAY, THE SHADOW BOX, MEASURE FOR MEASURE, THE RUNNER STUMBLES, COME BACK TO THE FIVE&nbsp;&amp; DIME JIMMY DEAN, JIMMY DEAN and BENT. In addition, Michael has written several original screenplays including the 2008 Page Awards’ finalist WIDE AWAKE IN DREAMLAND, a romantic thriller, and M, a contemporary adaptation of Euripides’ MEDEA, co-penned by frequent collaborator Ann Marie Milazzo (SPRING AWAKENING/NEXT TO NORMAL). Other recent work includes vocals and voiceovers for the Paramount/Vantage Ben Stiller film THE MARC PEASE EXPERIENCE, composing the original music for Avignon Bound Media’s game show RED CARPET RUN, and composing both “I’ll Take You There” for the Blake House Media documentary FROM THE 50 YARD LINE and “Close to Me”, a Top-20 Finalist for the AMERICAN IDOL Songwriter’s Competition (selected from 30,000+ submissions). Mr. Doane recently completed final edits to MADAME MANHATTAN, a television pilot he wrote, produced and directed, while continuing work on a musical for the stage he conceptualized titled SOUL KITCHEN.&nbsp;And this winter, he's excited to be teaming with Ryan White and Cheri Wicks on his first feature MRS. FOSTER. Michael is a proud member of SAG, AEA, the Dramatists Guild and BMI.</P>
