Staten Island Marathon for Sandy Relief

Hi. My name is Ryan Murphy. I am a native Staten Islander and I am a marathoner determined to help a community in desperate need right now after Hurricane Sandy. This year, my wife Pamela and I planned to run the NYC marathon together. After seeing what Sandy has done to our hometown we quickly shifted our focus. For so many, there are different finish lines to cross after Sandy. As we type this, many Staten Islanders are in desperate need of shelter, food, supplies and hope.
