Byrne Power has lived the unexpected life: As radio documentary producer 10 years for NPR affiliate KHNS, Experimental DJ at WFMU. Writer for the Fast Folk Musical Magazine in the mid-80s. With two 1st prizes for short films at the Panhandle Picture Show. Rasmuson Foundation Individual Artist Award for Puppetry in 2009. Founder of 2 puppet troupes in Alaska: The Lilliputian Puppet Sideshow & Reckoning Motions. Gravity From Above is melange of these skills in a documentary on European puppetry.
