Born in Italy, Simone Ferraresi moved to New York in 2005. In his career as a concert pianist he has performed at many important venues in Europe and the US. Recent performances were Rachmaninov's Piano Concerto No. 2 and 4 with the Kiev Symphony Orchestra and the Brooklyn Symphony Orchestra, a sold-out debut solo recital at Carnegie's Weill Hall in New York, and his acclaimed recital for national Italian classical radio RAI Radio3 at Palazzo del Quirinale in Rome, broadcast throughout Europe.
