My name is Charlie Callahan, a.k.a. Batstar press. I was born in 1974 in Columbus Ohio and have been a visual artist my entire life. I usually work under the moniker SEELIFE having resided in the Bay Area since 2000. Most of my work is done in the studio in Inverness Park California but I enjoy making site specific murals, paintings and installations. Surfing informs my practice as an artist.
