My job as a staff person (we don't call ourselves teachers, or principals) at Arts & Ideas Sudbury School has let me use the skills and experiences acquired while working as an actor, a writer, a video maker, a performer and a professor in my former careers. It's a job where every ounce of my creativity, practicality, diplomacy, humor, resourcefulness are used to the max. My ego has long since been checked at the door. It's a full, wonderful life.
