Nana Kwamena Takyi-Micah

Nana graduated from Hiram College in 2014 with a Bachelor of Arts in management and a minor in entrepreneurship. He has been passionate about food since his childhood by always asking his mother several questions while she was cooking. He eventually studied catering in Ridge Church School during middle school and mastered his favorite Ghanaian traditional and western dishes. As the CEO of the company, he wears multiple hats playing the role of a salesman, accountant and chef.
