Jordan Kramer

I decided on a career in oyster farming when I was living more than halfway across the country- homesick for Maine and especially the ocean. Aquaculture made sense. I'd been working in biology, had been a gardener my entire adult life and loved food and cooking. I had been around boats since I was a kid. I love oysters! I love being on the water. My interests are broad, to say the least. I find new things to learn about and obsess over them. The challenge of starting the farm suits me.
