SilenceBreaker Media was incorporated as a non-profit social enterprise on March 31st, 2010. We recondition computers to connect communities so they can communicate and share knowledge for positive social change. We do this by distributing reconditioned computers to people who wouldn’t otherwise have access to them and offer training in how to use them. In this way, we enable people in disadvantaged communities to have a voice via the worldwide web via multimedia.
