After working in the non-profit sector for most of my career, my wife Amy and I moved to a farm in SW Washington to grow children, sheep and a cheese business. It's been a wild ride - but we are still standing! Currently I am focused on capital development, sales & marketing, broker and distributor relations, expansion into California, food safety program management and oversight of farm and creamery operations. Looking forward to helping roll our our new aged cheese, Ewe Old Cow!
