Tej Rae has worked with children at risk in America and Africa for the past fifteen years. Her training in art, yoga, and dance informs the museum programs she designs and leads. As a journalist and novelist, her publishing credits include The Washington Post, BBC Focus on Africa magazine, Mr. Beller’s Neighborhood, and Fiction365. Tej Rae has also worked as a freelance writer since 2004 for many NGOs. Ms. Rae designs and manages ImagiNation Afrika’s innovative projects and workshops.
