Bruce Coughran is a theater and film director in Berkeley, CA. Originally trained as a scientist, has an MA in History, and a music degree from Grove School of Music. In the Bay Area he has directed new plays, contemporary classics and Shakespeare, was an assistant to three Obie-award wining stage directors, is an ATLAS fellow, a Titan Award Finalist, and SDC member. He also wrote and directed the recently performed play, "The Secret of Life" in 2015.
