In 2012, my husband and I began to manufacture raw, vegan, gluten free snacks where our first product line was kale chips that are currently sold in Whole Foods Market stores and other independents in the north east. Today, we're launching our second line, a first-to-market, raw, vegan, gluten-free and ketogenic cauliflower cracker that is tasty, crispy, nutritious and beneficial for everyone including those afflicted with Type 2 diabetes, gluten and digestive issues.
