On a mision for better vision

My name is Michael Lievens (33). I have been cross-eyed since the age of three and have had a pretty horrible experience dealing with it. The abnormal development of my vision created reading and learning difficulties, confusing double vision, headaches, excessive fatigue and functional limitations. Eye muscle surgery did not improve my visual symptoms. At the age of 20 I discovered the book 'Fixing My Gaze' and vision therapy. This started a long journey of rehabilitation and advocacy.
