Rio Contrada

After returning home from Los Angeles, Rio has set out to honor his family by telling their story.

Rio Contrada is a Northampton native with a primetime producing credit under his belt, experience working in development for Academy Award-winning production companies and in production on major motion pictures. Rio's writing has been featured on the Black List's "Top Pilots List" and as a finalist in the Acclaim TV Writing Contest, gaining introductory meetings with top agencies like CAA and Gersh. Rio was raised in a writing family and earned a degree in screenwriting from Emerson College.
