Manju started her career as a copywriter and then was a travel show writer till she realised her true love has always been films. She graduated from the London Film School with an MA in Screenwriting in 2009. She returned to India and joined Dungarpur Films, a leading production house in Mumbai where she worked as the Associate Director on Shivendra Singh Dungarpur's feature documentary Celluloid Man.
