David Nash is the former President/CEO of the Central Rhode Island Chamber of Commerce from 1980 until 2001. In his retirement, he founded the RI Small Business Recovery Program, a program designed to help Rhode Islanders move form unemployment to self-employment and to help existing businesses increase their probability of success.
