With a passion for creativity & knack for creative problem solving, I took my 20 years experience in entertainment vfx as a digital artist & apply it as a chocolatier. This change came while planning our wedding. We decided to have custom designed chocolate for our guests. We ended up doing the work ourselves & during this process realized that the way chocolate was molded was fairly limiting. After thought, & research I invented a new way to produce more detailed and unique chocolate shapes.
