I am an independent author, historian, and blogger out of Minneapolis, Minnesota. My fiction is firmly in the old school of science fiction, back in the pulp days, and as such I am part of the Pulp Revolution and Superversive literary movements. My current SF series, "The Star Knight Saga" is just that sort of old school Space Opera combined with my favorite things out of Japan's great contributions to world pop culture: giant robots. As a historian, I oppose the Whig School and its offshoots.
