Hello! We are Sallie and Steve, the co-founders of Gippsland Jersey … a small milk brand that was formed out of personal adversity and the milk crisis in 2016. After recently being advised that our milk processor will no longer process our milk, we have decided to setup our own milk processing facility on Sallie's family farm in Lakes Entrance. Setting up this facility will ensure our long term dream of paying our farmers a fair price for their milk and shining a light on the Dairy Industry.
