<DIV id=biography> <P>David Wittkower’s career as a Producer, Director and Cinematographer has spanned 30 years. After graduating from The American Film Institute in 1982, Wittkower pursued work as camera operator on features, while pursuing his work as a Cinematographer and Director. His documentaries have won over 27 awards and has been accepted in many film festivals. His work, “Firefight: Stories From The Front lines,” about the wildland firefighter, premiered on TLC. The film won 9 film festival awards. Another film, “Cowboy Up: Inside the Extreme World of Bull Riding,” takes a hard look at modern-day bull riding and the people behind it. It too has won 8 awards and gathered the attention of The Outdoor Channel and OLN Canada which broadcasted the film. Wittkower recently completed The Eagle: America’s Tall Ship, which looks at the Coast Guard training ship. It recently won the Silver Lei at the Honolulu International film festival in Hawaii and is currently being broadcast on the Hulu Network. <BR><BR>Wittkower continues to make films that interest him, and operate on features.</P></DIV><BR>
