Need My Boots: How to Survive in a World of Bullshit
<div><font size="3" face="arial">Robert Hensley grew up in the mountains of southwestern Pennsylvnaia. One of seven children, he stood out as the "artistic" child; always drawing, writing and playing make believe.</font></div><div><font size="3" face="arial"><br></font></div><div><font size="3" face="arial">Robert's first play, THE DARK SISTERS, which is published as part of George Larkin's "The Real Stories of the Brothers Grimm," is a short adaptation of an original Grimm Bros faerie tale. It was originally produced as part of Larkin's TRES GRIMM FESTIVAL and was directed by Chane't Johnson. His second effort, a full-length play, TURNING OUT, debuted as part of the Blank Theatre's Living Room Series and was also directed by Johnson.</font></div><div><font size="3" face="arial"><br></font></div><div><font size="3" face="arial">Working in a new formats, Robert wrote the short film TEXAS TAOST, which stars Nicole Travolta, Chris Mulkey and Tucker Smallwood. It was also directed by Chane't Johnson and was executive produced by Alyson Fouse. His first young adult novela, LEO'S LOVE STORY, was published in September. </font></div><div><font size="3" face="arial"><br></font></div><div><font size="3" face="arial">Robert is currently working on bringing his latest collection of short scenes and a one-act play, DEATH, LIFE AND A CREME-FILLED CENTER, to the stage. It was recently presented as a staged reading in Los Angeles, directed by Tim Hill (Alvin and the Chipmuks, HOP).</font></div><div><font face="UglyQua" size="4"><br></font></div>
