I intend to open my own artizan gastronomic space. It will be the place where the aroma of fresh baked bread will not cease.

I am Natalia Matiescu or Natka Minunatka, a Moldovan baker passionate about kneading the dough, ornating and baking artisan bread. I am also on the way of becoming an entrepreneur. I have been making my own home-made bread for 12 years, and for about four years have been offering my products ”Iarba Noastra” to others. The option of selling my artisan bread in an open space has enlightened my passion – making bread is Art for me.
