I am Dieudonne Allo, A Gather Fellow and founder of Global Leading Light Initiatives, a non-profit in Mthatha, in the Eastern Cape of South Africa. I have a passion for contributing to social change in my community by coaching youths to bring the best out of them. Having been raised in a very poor family, I discovered early in live that I had something in me, which if given a chance will change my circumstances and those of my community.
