Hi there! For the last 5 years, I've been farming, cooking, and teaching my way around the United States at wonderful institutions like The Omega Institute, The Virgin Island Sustainable Farm Institute, and Salt Water Farm. Someday, I hope to start my own folk school where people come to learn how to pickle dilly beans, ferment kimchee, or plant a garden. I'm also a massage therapist and a dabbling herbalist.
