I am a screenwriter and film director based in Chicago, IL.

I see filmmaking as an opportunity to say this is what I feel - do you feel it too? Sharing an emotional connection with the people around you is a chance for fulfillment. This is my goal as a storyteller. My new project Birds of Paradise is a Queer May-December romance between a retired florist and his nurse. The film is about finding love & joy in everyday life and learning to grow. As a Queer director, representation in the media is dear to my heart. Diversity in media is beneficial to all!
