Milestones Magazine is an outgrowth of my mission to create a resource & referral service to help empower people with challenges.

I have a now-24 year old son with a developmental disability. We have been through 16 years of special education and now into the adult world, which often leaves families as isolated units without many resources or interaction in the community. Milestones Magazine comes from my experiences; with articles written collaboratively with providers of products and services, to address challenges that my son and other people with disability face.
