Cedric Eloy has worked for the movie industry since 1998 in France and around the world. In 2010, he launched the Cambodia Film Commission with Rithy Panh and initiated the Cambodia International Film Festival, Cambodia's largest international film event. Since 2019, he has been committed to produce quality films from emerging filmmakers and support film industry initiatives in Cambodia.
