I balance my life between my two favorite things: Movies and Food. For the last 5 years i have worked as a film maker and photographer in New York city, while in my spare time i studied Pastry at the French Culinary Institute. For a short while i balanced working as a pastry chef on the weekends while still working as a photographer during the week. In the past year i have traveled the country learning the art of charcuterie - the art of curing and preserving meat & increasing Deliciousness!
