I’ve always been drawn to portrait photography and especially black and white photographs. My background in fashion photography is the reason you’ll often see my subjects with props and stylized to engage the narrative potential of the image. I try to balance my own compassion and tenderness for my subjects with that discerning eye of a photographer interested in aesthetic and layout.
