Culture Smartz offers fun and educational birthday parties for children. We hope to bring a smile to the birthday kid's face with a creative birthday party. We realize that not every child is fortunate enough to have a birthday party. This spring we are teaming up with Sarah's House, which offers emergency and transitional housing services for homeless families in Anne Arundel County, to organize a "Happy Un-Birthday Party" for the children who live there.
