Therapy Dog

My daughter was born in 2011 and unexpectedly was diagnosed with Down Syndrome. We have done all we can do to help her progress towards meeting goals and had to re-evaluate the pace that she would meet goals. She first sat up on her own at 10 months old, she has never crawled but is very proficient at scooting on her butt and we are continuing to work towards walking. Both her physical therapists and I believe Abby would greatly benefit from a therapy dog and like all the other hurdles before, I intend to make this a reality.
