<!--StartFragment--> <p class="MsoNormal"><b style="mso-bidi-font-weight:normal">Sierra Brashear</b> holds her B.A. in International Environment and Development from the University of Colorado at Boulder and her M.A. in Natural Resources and Environmental Security from the United Nations Mandated University for Peace in Costa Rica. While pursuing her degrees, Sierra worked on outreach and development teams for organizations such as the University of Colorado Environmental Center, Global Greengrants Fund and the Student Worker Alliance Program, among others. Sierra serves several organizations currently, as International Communications Manager for Midwife International, Communications and Sustainability Steward for the Restorative Leadership Institute, as well as Marketing and Artist Relations Manager for the women-centric, fair-trade import business Ixchel International Imports, LLC. Through her unique experiences studying and working in Latin America, Africa and home in Colorado, Sierra has developed a passion for working towards social and environmental justice through community engagement, leadership education and empowerment of women.</p> <!--EndFragment-->
