Finding Home
I love what I do. Every day I get to play pretend with a passionate community. Artists need community to give breadth to their work. I am proud to be a part of several Los Angeles communities, including my neighborhood, MacArthur Park; the Lifebook Acting Academy community; the We Make Movies community; the Couchsurfing community; and the greater film-making community that permeates Los Angeles (and the world). I am the co-founder of two production companies, Two White Wines and Struggling Actors Productions, both young companies with several productions under their belts.

I've been a traveler for the past several years. I spent a year teaching English in Germany and a year busking around the U.S. When my wife and I realized it was time to follow our dreams, we chose Los Angeles to do it in. We have dear friends and family all over the world - in Seattle, where we attended the University of Washington; in Wisconsin, where I first learned that acting could be my job; in New Orleans, where we spent 4 months developing our busking routine... We have homes in all of these places, but our HOME home is Los Angeles - the spot where we build our lives, where we adopted a dog, where our community understands what it is to chase something, where we taste the fruit our dreams bear.
