I am the founder of www.new-horizons.ro and the (co)pioneer of the IMPACT youth model.&nbsp; Vocationally, my #1 aim is to grow our youth leadership model, IMPACT, about which this film is to be made.&nbsp;&nbsp; I am also a PhD Student in development studies, and adjunct professor at two colleges (Gordon and Northwestern) and run the Romanian Semester.&nbsp; I am trying to encourage both through theory and praxis, an approach to spirituality that is more action based.<br>
