Marc Howell

Fort Worth, Texas, United States

Born Benjamin Marc Howell, 1978.

Distributing under the name Disfigure Pictures, Marc began by making 2 short films at home with his then 2 year old son in 2006. They told the story well. One night Marc had a dream. When he woke up, he wrote it down. Within three months, there was a small crew and a cast to shoot that dream onto film. It’s called RedDown_0_: Furniture Queen.

Since then, he has made another short film, written three features, has posed as Jill Chamberlain’s assistant, and has assisted on numerous film projects with local Dallas/Fort Worth filmmakers. Marc has written seven unpublished and rarely seen volumes of self-subliminal poetry and short stories, dating back to 2001. He writes, directs, and assists in any way to make it right. He’s been a vegan since November, 2000. And he has two kids.
