I'm a researcher and maker of light - as founder of the Mithras Candle company I'm fascinated by lighting technologies both archaic and modern along with the intersections of light, health and art. I've been a key member of the Light Research Program at Jefferson University for over 15 years, contributing to the study of the biological effects of light on humans including NASA-funded studies on lighting for the International Space Station.
