Shana Abraham

Global Health Undergraduate at Duke and Author of "Rise: How Empowering Women Elevates Us All"

Hello there! My name is Shana Abraham, and I'm a student at Duke University who is studying "Culturally-Specific Innovation to Reduce Health Disparities for Black and Brown Women." I aspire to create innovative solutions that account for the implicit cultural barriers that impact health outcomes, especially for African, African American, and Latina women. I wrote the book "Rise" hoping it would serve as a tool for young women and their supporters. See the campaign page for more information!
